Good communication. Provided calls with information on details about any changes to the project plan (ie. Paint color, extra wood needed to replace certain rotted wood that was unforseen, etc.)

Outstanding communication. Easy to work with. He gave me an honest estimate of the work and when we found new damage that he could not of seen from the reports, he gave me a reasonable change order and communicated his thoughts on those prior to submitting the change order. I would hire Santiago again.

I had a lot of repairs going on at the same time and of all the tradespeople I had on site, Santiago was by far the most professional, approachable, reliable and trustworthy of them all. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

Santiago is an extremely honest and capable mason. The quality of his work was excellent and he was extremely professional and understanding of our situation. Having shopped around quite a bit, he is fairly priced and delivered far more what we expected. He was also able to repair many things that were outside of the original work scope and created some custom pieces to help prevent future issues. I highly recommend ASA Plastering.

Santiago takes pride in his work, he places quality above everything else. His bid is not the cheapest among the contractors, however, I feel his honesty and sincerity in talking to him on discussing the project. He explains how the work would be done, and answers my questions in a timely manner. When a problem was discovered, he's very quick to address and correct it. This is my first time dealing with stuccos and I hope (and think I did) make the right choice.

We hired them as they were very detailed when they inspected the property to give a bid. As a home builder myself, I felt they know their work. They submitted their proposal which in between the two other proposals, I had received. Being in the construction business, I felt they were fair in their cost proposal. Before approval of their bid, I asked them to give me a start and end date assuming there was no rain. They kept the schedule and reported at the end of the day on the progress they made and pending work for the the next day. I was very pleased with their daily communications. The work they do is very messy and dirty, but they kept a clean job site and cleaned behind them at the end of each day. The most difficult job is to match the existing 24 year old texture and paint. They stated in the beginning that they will do their best to match the texture and paint but told us that they can not provide a guarantee. The match they were able to obtain in texture and paint is amazing. They seem to care for better customer service than focusing on their bill collection. I plan to give them an opportunity to bid for the future exterior work in the new homes, I will be building.
