Initially, Vince was prompt and professional. He returned my first call quickly, and arrived when we had scheduled. He seemed to have fixed my washer quickly, and was very personable. At that point, I would have recommended him to all my friends. However, when I next tried to use the washer, several days later, it wouldn't function. Over the next few days I called him a few times, and got no response. When I finally caught him on the phone, he was pleasant and polite, made an appointment to arrive a day or two later between 11 and 1pm -- but he didn't show up. I called and reached him around 2pm, and he said he was working on a job in my town, and he'd call when he was on his way. No call. No show. No call since. If it wasn't worth repairing, he could have just told me that. Instead he said he wanted to come back and look at the washer, then he STOOD ME UP all day, and AVOIDED MY CALLS. Totally unprofessional AND RUDE behavior. Very disappointing.

My dishwasher was leaving a white film on my glasses and flatware. It is an old GE unit, at least 14 years old. The ASAP tech ran a thorough test of my machine, and then declared the issue to be inadequate drainage through the common sink-washer drain. He explained that I probably needed a plumber - but I should try maximum strength Drain-o gel first. I did - and despite my doubts, it resolved the problem. I would definitely recommend them - and would hire them again.
