So disappointed! Would NEVER use them again!

Truly sorry to hear of your disappointment but unfortunately we tried our best to track a part for your machine but due to age of it, the company no longer offers the replacement part so we had informed you same day we came out that we would try our best to search for alternative but with no success. We tried to help you as much as possible but we can?t control the production of parts for an old machine. Please call me directly so we can once again explain to you why we can?t fix your dryer. Thank you Sal F. Owner ( we only charged you the standard trip charge )

Vince was the perfect repair person. He immediately contacted me, showed up exactly on time, was polite, neat and professional. And best of all my oven is working so I can get to baking holiday treats! I would hire ASAP again anytime.

My appointment was schedules for 10:00 and we moved it to 9:00. I called Vince around 9:40 and asked if he was coming. He was tied up on another call that was taking a long time - He arrived around 11:45. He was knowledgeable about my washing machine and showed me what was wrong and recommended they not fix it because the cost of the repair would be more than a new machine. I was upset about him not calling me and coming late, but I did like what he did and showed me everything that was wrong and I was sincere about it. I am glad he did come and would probably recommend him again (but he better not be late). Thanks Vince.

they call ahead, they are on time,they look things over then make the repair,they have parts in the truck also.the cost is reasonable.
