He comes to your house ready to work. Incredibly positive, ethical, motivated to do the job. Came a day early. The best appliance repair person I've ever used.

Vince serviced two appliances for us. We scheduled reinstallation of a dishwasher that had not been installed properly when the house was built. It was complicated due to the construction of the cabinetry. He came up with a very satisfactory solution. We had difficulty finding someone to do a reinstallation since the dishwasher was not purchased locally by the builder. We were told by several service companies that they only service ones bought from them. While Vince was here we mentioned that we purchased a new rubber gasket for our freezer but needed help replacing the old one. Instead of asking us to schedule another appointment, he did the work while he was here. ASAP’s pricing was very reasonable and the quality of the work was excellent.
