After paying Vince $925 we still have the same refrigerator issues. He replaced two fans and the ice maker. We still have the random shrill noise from the refrigerator which the replacement fans was supposed to fix. Vince installed the new ice maker and it never worked. As of today he has not responded to the BBB or the MA Attorney General's office and he has not offered any refund, even for the "new" parts that never worked, and he did not keep the last appoinment we made with him.

Vince came out to fix our fridge, the fix did not work so he came again and took the piece he installed (and I paid for). He promised he'd send me a refund check for the part, but then stopped returning my calls. I get that repairs don't always work, but we never received a receipt for the original repair (over $400), and if you are going to return to take out the new part that was paid for, just send the promised refund check for the part!
