My tree was topped n trimmed, they were on time, finished and cleaned up sooner than they quoted, plus I was at work, so they texted me a pictured before they left to if I was satisfied.

They came by to give an estimate. They were going to come back next week but my husband reminded them it was going to rain on that day. They went ahead and squeezed as in and got everything done later that afternoon. They did what they said they were going to do and cleaned up after themselves. They were quick, efficient, and professional- I would hire them again in the future.

The Ramos Tree Care crew did a great job of removing my dead 15 Leylands. The trees were between 6 and 12 years old. The tallest ones were hanging over and touching the house. They were extremely careful and removed the trees without any mishaps. Not a single shrub near any of the trees were harmed. After each tree was removed they cleaned the area. They also trimmed some limbs from surrounding trees to make them more attractive after removing the Leylands. They were very courteous and professional. Carlos Ramos, the owner, was very professional and fair in his negotiations on pricing. He provided proof of Tennessee contractors license and insurance. Ramos Tree Care has the expertise , hardest workers, and necessary equipment to do any tree projects. I will definitely be using their services again. Thank you Carlos and Crew!

I gathered five bids. Ramos was in the lower range of bids, but not the lowest. My interactions and life experiences have resolved to never take the lowest bid unless I'm convinced that the quality will be present. Ramos' team knew what they were looking at with my trees, and knew what needed to be done. They were professional from the first interaction. On the day of work - they arrived precisely on time and got to work right away. They asked questions about anything that might have been uncertain and they went above and beyond by cleaning up one of our brush piles, raking up leaves outside of my yard but in the common area. They cleaned up their mess and mine! They were flexible as well, and were able to trim up one additional tree while onsite. The crew of four at my house that day did the work in about four hours. This included falling and removing six mid size trees and trimming/limbing two very large trees. Impressive. Very impressive.

Very reliable and trustworthy. Worth the price. They did a great job at removing my trees. He took all of the trash and was kind enough to cut some stumps that my wife asked for to be later used as seats around our fire pit and for house decor. He realized the damage to the grass from removing the trees and without asking, he repaired it. I will definitely be hiring him in the future to remove other trees around our property. I highly recommend their services! Extremely professional and very friendly.
