They came in and destroyed my home. Over charged me by $2000 and then the compressor went out within 3 years and cost $2000 to fix. Now the fan went out and they wanted $700 more to fix when I expressed my concern about how much it cost and all the staff basically gave me the attitude that it sucks to be you and had no sympathy or understanding what so ever. This unit has averaged $550 a year in maintenance on a brand new unit. Biggest mistake And most costly mistake in my life

They will grossly overcharge. I needed 4 lbs. of freon and a capacitor. I was charged 800 and after leaving I started researching other companies and the going rate for what I had done should have been around 460. Thatà ¢à  à  s almost double which is exorbitant!

We have hired ARS several times. Every time we have been pleased with the work. Our technicians, Adrian and Jacob were both professional and pleasant. We appreciated the time they took to go over what services they would be doing today. They both were very thorough in explaining what was needed to be done. Again, we were pleased with ARS and will definitely reach out again when needed.
