The owner, Allan, took the time to give me a quote on what needed to be done and advised me on some critical maintenance I needed done so that the root of the roof issue would be fixed completely. Saved me a lot of money in the long run. I am the head of sales for a proptech company, and I verified with my contractors on staff that the quote was a great value and that it was good I had the maintenance pointed out to avoid more expensive repairs later. My residents had a great experience with the workers who came to do the job. Polite, courteous, good workmanship, and cleaned up after themselves. First class, 5-Star service. Will be bringing him on as a preferred vendor for my company!

AM Roofing was great to work with. We were very impressed that we were kept up to date of all scheduling or scheduling changes. The project resulted in additional work. The project was reviewed each step by the management team to ensure that things stayed Schedule as contracted. We were really happy with the skill level of the team working on our project. We will definitely recommend this contractor.

UPDATE 11/3/24: They responded quickly but the owner applied high pressure scare tactics from the beginning getting his man on the roof and starting the work before I was provided with a complete description or evidence (photos) of the damage. My bad for letting them proceed, A basic roof maintenance â tune upâ was performed and some of the missing / damaged shingles were temporarily patched (not replaced) because they didnâ t have any that â matchedâ . Some areas are still exposed. $3200 for 2.5 hrs of work that is incomplete and should have cost well under $700 I later learned. My mistake for allowing myself to be pressured into agreeing. ORIGINAL COMMENT: I am not satisfied with the outcome of the project, nor the value for the money I spent.

We offered to return and address all of the areas of the roof that the homeowner was unhappy with. But he refused and was trying to threaten me with a bad review. We insisted and also reminded him that he has a 2 year warranty. His house is a very tall 12 pitch roof! And that?s the reason that the price was higher than normal. He also has a 50 year shingle that?s obsolete. The customer insisted me to write a report saying that the shingles are defective so he can submit it to the manufacturer, of course I said no! Because that wast the case. Our reviews are 100% real, and if someone?s not satisfied they should feel free to express it.
