We wanted to take a moment and recommend Brent with A-Moonlight Heating & Air Conditioning. Our furnace went out in the middle of the night on Valentineâ s Day, during those awful sub-zero temps we had. Within 40 minutes of speaking to him on the phone he was at our house and quickly diagnosed the problem (induction motor went out, which was what we had suspected), got the part from carrier and was back at our house quickly. He was prompt, professional and friendly and got our furnace working quickly, ON a Sunday and holiday nonetheless. Not only that, but he was more than willing to speak with our (annoying!) home warranty company to help them cover this (long story short, they werenâ t helpful in getting a tech out same day so they authorized us to get our own tech and then wanted to make it hard to be reimbursed). Overall, super happy with his work and professionalism. Definitely recommend!

Brent arrived on time, was super helpful and took the time to explain all work performed and answer all of our questions. He got back to me right away on costs for installation of a new furnace and air conditioner. I was pleased with the estimate and the level of service we received.

It was such a pleasure working with Brent. We had a difficult, unique project that we had previously asked several people to do, and nobody was able. He was very willing to come and evaluate the problem with our vent hood fan on a steep roof. He also was extremely communicative about each step. He also finished the repair way earlier than expected. I cannot recommend him more highly.

We called 3 contractors on a Sunday morning in an attempt to schedule a furnace repair for Monday. Luckily we have a gas fireplace that works well because it was chilly inside!!! Brent with A-Moonlight called me back within 30 minutes. After a brief conversation he informed me that he could be out by around noon. I told him we could hold off until Monday because we didnâ t want to pay a weekend trip charge. He said that he would not charge extra since he had other work scheduled for Monday already and wanted to help us out. He cleaned a sensor, replaced a switch and did a complete tuneup for a very reasonable price!!! Very knowledgeable and polite. We will definitely use him again!!

Brent responded faster. He knows all the brands and their pros and cons. Brent fixed our AC and we called him back to fix the furnace weeks later. Should we need something in the future Brent will get the call. Absolutely recomend!
