Brent was absolutely incredible. First, he answered my text within about ten minutes of sending it and came out the same day. He diagnosed the problem with my AC quickly, but was so honest and stopped work when I realized I might be under warranty. And when I realized I wasn't, he put a unit on will-call and came out two days later. Worked promptly and for a great price. One of the best contractors I've ever hired.
