Repaired damage to the roof, but I now have a few leaks.

On the Contract work order it states for customer to clearly see "On the Contract work order it states for customer to clearly see "All Roof Repairs for leaks which are not roof installations for whole roof are subject to no warranties? or implied warranties. By signing this work order home owner agrees that any other damage other than what is agreed upon written in the work order could alter the cost of repair." We we're not contacted by home owner to reassess the job and someone else was hired. Home refused to change rating given.

First, this contractor was very slow completing my work. He did not respect my timeline needs whatsoever. This guy treated me like I was stupid. He was disrespectful and narcissistic. He played games with line items in the estimate and lied about costs. They used old parts which were supposed to be replaced with new items. He was just shady. He cut corners replacing a double pane window with a single pane. They did not properly weatherproof all the wooden gate. He pressured me to rush through signing paperwork at the end of the job before a proper inspection of the work could be done.

After the initial presentation to this home owner we found him to be very difficult to work with as he started making unreasonable demands about time lines, and respecting him. When we explained to him we would need to time to get this job completed due to the high demands on contract work at this time; he became very difficult toward the end of the job. This is how inconsistent, and mentally unstable this home owner became. I felt taken advantage of, I was in a hurry to get repair done and he was able to do it next day. He ended up charging me over 3 times what the other companies said they would have charged me.

During the repair work the home owner backed out of telling us he would pay balance of $386.70 extra needed for decking issues which could not be seen until roof came off. He texted me saying; "he would pay the extra $386.70 so we could finish the repair work, then after its completed he told us he wouldn't pay us, and was just telling us a lie so we would finish his roof decking issue. This man still owes us $386.70
