Responded well before being paid. After that they never got back with for a month until I text them again. Then I had to cancel because of Covid. Because of other life events I didn't contact again for several months. I have been trying to contact again and no one will respond (phone calls, voice mails, text. Then finally someone answered Messenger. Only to block me when I asked for a time and date.

Donnie and his crew did a terrific job!!! Treated me like a family member, they were knowledgeable, respectful and prompt. True to their craft I would recommend them to anyone. Donnie is the best!!

Wow. We were very happy with the energy, enthusiasm as well as thoughtfulness Donnie provided for a shower / vanity / floor install in my MIL bathroom. Not to mention extremely reasonable on pricing. We definitely recommend his company and services. We will use him for further needs.

ADX built a deck in fall 2018 that failed inspection, even though Donnie told me it passed and he had all the paperwork. After the city contacted me about the failed deck, I set up a meeting with Donnie and the inspector, one year after it was built, to discuss why it failed and what needed to be done to bring it up to code. Donnie told me he would be out to fix the deck the following spring (2020). Spring 2020 came and went, and no ADX/Donnie to fix their failed deck. I tried calling/texting Donnie, all unanswered/ignored. So now I am left with a deck I can not use. After it was apparent ADX was not going to fix it as a mistake, I called the city to see if there was anything I could do. After a third inspection on June 4, the city issued Donnie a Correction Order to bring the deck up to code. That is the ONLY reason Donnie came out to repair the deck, NOT because he was working with me or trying to make things right. Donnie attempted to repair the deck on June 8 and 9. On June 10 I had the inspector come out just to tell me it FAILED again! Donnie was told twice, by two different inspectors, what he needed to do to bring it up to code. On July 13 the city issued Donnie an Adjudication Order. Donnie refused to bring his work to code so I had no choice but to take him to small claims court. We had our day in court on Oct 13 and judgment was made in my favor, the plaintiff, against ADX/Donnie Sears. Why would a judge rule in my favor if there was no cause? Judgment has not been paid by Donnie to date. I do not think it is nice of a contractor to lie to their customer and make them feel like it is their fault the deck failed inspection. I especially do not think it is nice of the owner and his wife to send me private messages with obscene emojis and bullying messages! I did find a different contractor to bring the deck up to code, someone who took pride in their work, and who knew what they were doing. What a headache this experience has been.

This is our 2nd time hiring Donnie for a jobâ ¦. Not a surprise but, another amazing job!!! Very happy with the quality, time, and price!!!

They arrived on time when they said they would. Started the project and completed in a timely manner. Any need for changes to the project were brought to our attention before proceeding forward. They did an excellent job, cleaned up well and removed all debris. Five stars for this company.
