"We actually had a problem with one of the windows, which was no fault of Window Concepts, but the manufacturer themselves. The purpose of me mentioning this is because it was addressed by Window Concepts Immediately and although we had to wait a couple of weeks for a proper replacement, it was taken care of. We were never left without a window or anything, we just had to make sure the window was always closed and locked before we left the house. But, who doesn't close and lock their windows when they leave the house? It was not an inconvenience , and it was taken care of as a priority. "Mike gave a detailed estimate, reusing my cover and ladder to save me money. My egress window well was collapsing from the sides and needed replaced ASAP. The crew came in, saw what the work was and decided to dig it by hand to save my landscaping and grass by not using the backhoe. Took them about six hours, but the work was meticulous.
