"Guardian was contracted to frame a new window, install new siding, new gutters, and a vent on my roof. Throughout the whole process the team was knowledgeable and helpful when discussing possible replacement options. Bobby and Austin handled the installations and they did an exceptional job. "This was a HUGE project. This very big 1910 farm house needed to be scrapped and repainted, several areas of woodwork needed to be replaced and/or repaired. The scraping team of two people were fast and efficient and they also executed the painting. The owner and his father did the carpentry repairs and did a great job. While repairing several holes in the soffits they discovered that the 2nd floor roof hardly existed, the structure having rotted out over time for a lack of gutters on the 3rd floor roof. They will soon come and replace the roof decking and joists and ribbing. During the painting, I had them trim back the huge trees that were hovering over the house adding to the bad condition of the sides of the house. I can't recommend this fine company enough. Bob Sr. and his son, Bob Jr. run a great "We do it All" company."
