My house has never been power washed in 20 years. It looks beautiful. They were very careful and covered up my outdoor lights before power washing the area, I also had them power wash my porch and sidewalk. It also has never been cleaned in 20 years. They did a beautiful job and I couldn't be happier. I also asked them to remove six holly bushes. They removed them including the roots! And they cleaned up the flower beds where the plants had been. I am going to have them come back and replace my back porch as well as some interior painting in the future. I highly recommend Ronquillo Services LLC. "Jairo and his assistant did a great job opening up the wall between our family room and living room. We were nervous about the wall since there were some HVAC ducts, but Jairo knew how best to move the duct that needed to be moved. He had to open additional drywall in the basement to access it, but he patched everything up and left it as if it had never been touched. We were very impressed by his craftsmanship and the wall opening was exactly what we wanted. We will be using him for other remodeling projects and will be recommending him to everyone we know."

"Habib Bezine called and said he could give me an estimate that day. When he arrived, he was masked and had his certificate of vaccination in hand. Bravo! The estimate for the two window screens was $90, in line with similar repairs pre-COVID. Mr. Bezine did the repair work outside, and only needed to be inside to reinstall the screens. The work was done within 30 minutes."
