In our case it was Matt with over 25 years' experience in doing this for Vinyl-Lite. He examined each window and reviewed options from replacing panes to replacing the entire window. He then gave us a price which beat competitors by 50%. Scheduling the install accommodated our complicated calendar. On the day of install the workers were there at exactly the time planned and went right to work. They were friendly, courteous and highly professional. At every step they explained the process and what they were doing. Within a matter of 4 hours they replaced seven windows, cleaned up and were ready for our inspection. The windows are great! The glass was cracked in the upper half of 2 of my double-hung windows. I called other companies who said they would need to remove not only the entire windows but the entire surrounding areas for totals of over $15,000. Vinyl-Lite removed only the upper half of each, took them back to the factory, replaced the glass and gas between the panes and had them back and reinstalled the same day at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Vinyl-Lite. The staff were very pleasnt and explained that only the glass needed to be replaced.

Absolutely love my new windows! They keep the temperature in my house so much better regulated - I got the triple pane, gas-filled, etc. and they were well worth it! Another thing I wasn't ready for with these beautiful new windows... the SILENCE. I never thought it was loud on my street, but wow, it became eerily quiet after the install (ha!) and I really am loving it. After having a number of quotes, I felt the best about the rep that came from Vinyl Lite - he was sure about his product, did not push for a purchase, measured everything out and told me honestly what needed replacement and what didn't (I did them all anyway lol), and was just a pleasure in general. When life got in the way and it took me a while to reach back out, I didn't get any constant/annoying calls and they didn't play the silly "discount" game with their pricing, which is a breath of fresh air.

Beware. They sell you on giving a lifetime warranty on their windows, but when an issue comes up, they find a way out of their guarantee. They even told me the window was covered, but then, after three weeks of dodging my calls and emails, they found a way out of it.
