"The serviceman did an inspection of the attic and basement and concluded there were no signs of entry. He suspected squirrels as opposed to raccoons were making the noise I was hearing. He said if they had gotten into the soffit of the house that was a different story and a very costly venture. He recommended no service at this time. I was shocked at his honesty and will certainly call back Terminix if I have any future problems."

"I had avoided contacting firms about dealing with termites at my residence, as I was concerned it would be prohibitively expensive and tremendously inconvenient. Also, I don't particularly appreciate dealing with pushy salespeople more concerned about upselling than anything else. I'm fortunate to have been contacted by Termite Science in response to an online search for services. The entire experience was pleasant, from the initial phone call from the owner setting up the free inspection to the inspection itself and the same-day treatment that resulted. Christopher was very patient with my questions and straightforward and honest in responding to them. It's so nice to work with someone who clearly loves his job and is committed to doing it well. "I hired Wayne Johnson, after I stepped in a giant ant hill in my from yard, and received over 150 painful bites on my feet. I had never used a pest control service, or even any chemical to kill insects in my home, and I have been here over 25 years. Wayne listened as I showed him the problem area in the front yard. He treated the area and came back to spot treat when I called him and told him most of the problem was taken care of, but there were a few stragglers hanging around. I would highly recommend this service to others. I will use this service in the future, should there be a need."
