The tech was punctual, provided good orientation. Said the application would dry fairly quickly and would no longer be hazardous to humans or my dogs, and to come back in two hours. My only quandary is that when I returned two and a half hours later, there was liquid pooled on various parts of the floors, on the countertops, and in the drawers and cabinets. I opted to let the floors dry naturally, but patted down the other surfaces, so I could begin re-organizing the kitchen. Otherwise no complaints. I do think they are a bit pricey. Quarterly visits are charged at $49.50 a month for a year, with a $99 fee for the initial treatment.
