"The serviceman did an inspection of the attic and basement and concluded there were no signs of entry. He suspected squirrels as opposed to raccoons were making the noise I was hearing. He said if they had gotten into the soffit of the house that was a different story and a very costly venture. He recommended no service at this time. I was shocked at his honesty and will certainly call back Terminix if I have any future problems."

"I thought I had a horrible flea problem, but Tony came out, looked closely at the bug and said it wasn't a flea but instead a bug probably coming from my pantry. He was right! He offered to spray the pantry but I felt I could handle the problem on my own. He would not charge me a service call charge even though he made the trip out to my house and accurately diagnosed the problem. I highly recommend this company!"

"I used Home Advisor to identify companies that handle pest control in my area. Four companies showed up and Hi-Tech Pest Control was one with highest rating. However, I sent requests to all four companies that showed up on the Home Advisor web site. And Charity Waldman, the Hi-Tech Pest Control office manager called me within two hours of my online request. The call was very professional, asking all of the right questions in a very pleasant manner. The other three pest control companies either didn't respond or did respond about two or three days after my online request. Steve Barton of Hi-Tech Pest Control came to my house and introduced himself and explained what he would do during the house inspection. I can't say enough about the high quality and friendly service I received from Hi-Tech Termite Control. As it turned out, my problem was not with swarming termites but flying ants in my attic and water damage to my back porch posts. He found one small isolated area that had a start to dry wood termite damage. At the end of the inspection. Steve explained that their wasn't a major problem that I couldn't correct on my own. He gave me the option of using his company for repairing and correcting all of the problems noted or correcting the problem on my own. I am extremely satisfied with Hi-Tech Termite Control's quick response and service. Steve's professional manner and helpful information made Hi-Tech Pest Control made me feel confident that was the company and people I would always want to deal with in the future. From Aranza in booking the initial termite inspection; Cesar, the manager who assessed the complex and provided a treatment plan, and finally to Miller & Anibal in treating the complex. This complex was difficult....it is old and historical and is made up of 12 bungalows and 12 free-standing garages. They worked with us to figure out a plan that worked both for the tenants as well as the landlord. You will not go wrong with this company. And, definitely request Miller to be there....he is amazing! Dedicated, honest and customer-focused. I will recommend them to anyone looking for pest control issues."
