I had some squirrels who got onto roof and chewed into the attic. Chris was very prompt, very responsive, came out the next day after I called him to set up a trap. rates are very reasonable as well. Very professional.

After hearing scratching noises in the attic it was time to call a pro. I requested a quote and information about 9pm and within 5 minutes Chris responded. He came out the next morning, assessed the situation and made recommendations. He explained fully what the process would be so there were no surprises. What I thought were squirrels in the attic turned out to be a raccoon. Chris took care of my problem, repaired the damage where it had gotten in and out, disinfected and cleaned the attic and "pest proofed" my home. Chris was a lifesaver and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. He was prompt, professional and the cost was very reasonable for the work he did. Follow-up was excellent. I prefer to deal with local small business owners and in Chris I found a gem. I highly recommend Lone Star Animal Removal and Chris to take care of any animal problems.

Lone Star Animal Removal Service was prompt, professional, and reasonably priced. Before we moved into our home last summer, birds had nested in the attic. We were concerned as birds and their droppings can carry many diseases. Lone Star removed the nests, sprayed DSV disinfectant, and closed off gable vents. I couldn’t be happier with the work they did and can’t recommend them highly enough! Special thanks to Chris for providing top-notch service.

Chis is an excellent service technician in this field. He arrived promptly at our initial meeting and all others. He looked at the problems, explained what needed to be done and how he intended to fix the problems. The squirrels are now gone. I will hire Lone Star again should I need their services.
