Best Pest & Wildlife Control, LLC

I wish I would have checked with the BBB before engaging with them as this company has an "F" rating, when I later checked. I believe they've changed their company name several times just to keep in business as their reputation must be horrible. They ripped me off for over $2000 and did NOTHING except remove a dead rodent from under my house. Save yourself and find someone else to help you. You're welcome. At least my horrible experience might prevent you from suffering the same fate.

We used Best Pest & Wildlife control to stop a bat from hanging on a wall outside our house.They inspected the attic for other bats but did not find any. They did say we have a rodent problem in attic and the attic needs to be cleaned and entry points on roof and other areas need to be closed.I accepted their bid and work commenced the next day. The first they did was to clean attic.It took 1 technician no more 2 hrs and the charge for this was $1700 and a sanitization fee of $216.At this point I thought the charge was outrageous. The technician then continued with the project. I called Kane, the same day , to discuss this on how I felt the charge was inflated. He told me I accepted and signed the contract and he could not adjust. I also got charged $199 for ectoparisite cleaning on area where bat perched.It took the technician a few minutes to spray agent on wall and wipe with a cloth. Again , I thought this charge was inflated. My issue is that the charges are too high. Too steep.

Horrible company, crooks!!! False advertised that dig defense was 3 feet deep by 3 feet wide. The product that showed up was only 16 inches deep. They did not properly scope and navigate my backyard property so the dog defense would not work at all. The project was a disaster and ended up having to be disputed through the credit card company because they continued to charge me for unauthorized amounts on my credit card. It was probably the worst company I?ve ever dealt with when it comes to scamming the customer and their services were terrible and their product was a lie. Do not use this company is all I can say stay far away.

.I had 2 projects with this contractor. I had made a down payment for the work outside to be done. The first project is not completed; I am not happy with the work. They Repair vents that did not need repair. The metal mesh that was used was not similar to what

Kane assisted us with a persistent gopher issue, and we were extremely pleased with his service. He arrived on time, conducted himself with professionalism, and was both courteous and knowledgeable. His thorough approach and friendly demeanor made the entire experience very positive. I would highly recommend to anyone in need of pest control services

Overall amazing experience. Hired best pest to get rid of our rodent population in our shopping centre period over a six week period we are now running free.

This process was smooth- We had Donnie as our service guy and he was very through, professional and clean the area really well! He will be coming back in a few days to recheck - we highly recommend this company and Donnie is awesome!

They came in and helped me with my attic that I had bats living in? They removed all the dead bats and sealed it from the inside and cleaned everything up? I had the best experience I wish they would do other things besides pest control. I would definitely hire them again, But I?m certain the way they cleaned and sealed everything that I won?t have this kind of problem again I will definitely refer them to others. Best choice ever.

So grateful for this company! Mice moved into our home a couple of months ago and after several fails with pest control companies, we finally landed this wildlife company that was able to pin point all of our entry points and helped seal them up. We keep them on a monthly basis to help mitigate the mice from ever coming on our property again. Life savers !!

Did not do required work. Did not answer phone calls. Told tech to do work unnecessary and instructed not to do. Charged my credit card without authorization. I am a 72 year old widow.
