"I give them 5 stars for: 1) The estimator suggested a good Lennox furnace: not the most expensive and at a reasonable installation price; 2) Fast delivery: They came the same week to replace the old furnace by the new one; 3) The crew (3 people) was very knowledgeable: everyone knew what to do and they worked in parallel; 4) When I pointed to a small problem after the installation, A-1 Heating and Cooling was quick to react and solve the problem to my satisfaction; 5) I have the new furnace working for one week and so far everything works fine, including the air quality that is much improved (with a MERV-11 filter). "Our AC went out on the weekend of a hot spell. Golden Air immediately responded for my query for a hvac specialist (out of 4-5 other companies, which did not respond till 1-2 days later).. Ahmed came within a few hours only to find that we had ice around the unit so he couldnâ t properly diagnose the problem till the next day after which he returned & changed out some filters, topped off our fuel tank & very thoroughly tested both outgoing & returning air temps.
