They were quick to respond, had next day appointments (actually literally the next appointment given that I called at the end of the day on Friday and they could have come 9:30am on a Saturday), were super helpful, friendly and weren’t willing to talk me into any service I didn’t need.

The company itself I cannot comment-on...only the repairman that came to my house. I got the distinct impression that he was just starting-out repairing furnaces. To sum-up the experience, I would use the expression "A bull in a China shop". He has not followed-up on his initial work. I dont know whats happening. The problem is that I think many (all?) HVAC shops had a meeting, and agreed on an initial visit price, viz., $89. Coincidence? I dont think so. Net result is that makes it difficult for me to call-it-quits for this shop, and try-out another. I would be spending another $89 each time. Clever how they did that.
