"My HVAC unit was 20 years old needed consistent repair, and my ducks where leaking. It was time for a new unit. I also wanted to relocate the condenser to improve my back yard space. He suggested relocating the condenser to a side of the house and changing it to a suitcase type unit. "Brad Gentile arrived at the location before I did and had already looked at the ac unit in the backyard. I explained to him I have been troubleshot the furnace for 3 days and have a 2 flash external lockout. Brad said, *Ok, let me take a look and see what is going on.* He asked me to turn on the thermostat and call for heat. I went in and did and walk back to the furnace where Brad had already removed the panel and holding down the pin. Pilot light lit and this is where I told him the furnace will click 3 times and the pilot goes out. He says, *Ok* and we both watch all the burners light up. 3 days troubleshooting had Honeywell on the phone with me for over an hour and this man lays his hands on my furnace once and gets it working with no problem.
