"Delroy is a true professional! If I could rate 10 stars I would. My furnace stopped working so I called him bases on others reviews. I couldn't be more pleased!!!! He is extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in full detail. He explained that my bearing was going bad, but it would survive the rest of the season if not longer and didn't think it was necessary to spend $700-800 dollars in the current economic climate. Now if that is not honesty in a contractor, I don't know what is! He did have to replace another part and he charged me a very fair price. He also explained all of the mistakes that the last HVAC mechanic did in selling me a unit that was way too large for my house, but he did not try to sell me a new unit. He was efficient and cleaned everything after he left and was very friendly. I would highly recommend his services and will also call Innovative for all of my future HVAC needs."

"I urge everyone to take a look at their HVAC/furnace/boiler/ etc. and if you are staring at it, the way I was, screaming WHAT THE HECK, call Kyle. If you are Youtube how to splice wires to install that smart thermostat, stop it, call Kyle. Seriously, just call Kyle. You hear the horror stories, I called for what I thought was $X and the HVAC tech came and now I have a $200X invoice. That is not the case with Kyle. I have been there, do-it-yourself projects exist, but your heating and cooling is not one of them. Do not believe me, call around; then call Kyle, then call Kyle back because you realize he is available, upfront, and transparent. That is what I did. Kyle helped me demystify my heating and cooling system. Now I stare at my HVAC system, knowing what is what, and how I can quickly troubleshoot it and maintain it. What surprised me the most, this is not what Kyle was required to do. He came to help us with something unrelated. Nevertheless, he stayed late, and answered all the questions my wife and I had; we had a lot. It felt like we had a friend over the entire time. Sure enough, that's how it felt when he left.
