"In October 2018, I was on the market to replace my 30+ furnace and 15+ AC. There were 6 dealers representing two brands visiting my property. I was shocked to learn that 5 were not able to properly size equipment, didn't include ductwork modifications and refused to replace Freon and drain lines. Some were unwilling to talk about differences between product lines, nor modifications to ducts I wanted to implement. On top of all that their quotes were outrageously high. "My water heater was no longer producing hot water and giving an ECO error. I was quoted a high cost to repair the unit by another local service without them even looking at the unit. Joe came to look at the unit and fixed it within a few moments cutting the cost down dramatically. My wife is extremely excited (to the point in which she is singing) to not have to shower at the gym tomorrow morning due to their unclean showers (complained about balls of hair in the shower that have been there since Sunday).
