"Garett at One Call HVAC is without a doubt the best professional I have come into my home. My journey with Garett began in getting pricing to replace my furnace. Throughout that process Garett was up front, realistic, and reasonable with this quoting. The day after I signed the contract with Garett the old furnace died. I called Garett and even though we had a signed contract to replace it, he spent 5 hours trying to keep the old one going long enough until it could be replaced. When it became impossible to fix the old one Garett accelerated our time line to replace by a week and was able to coordinate all the components to get us up and running as quickly as possible. Throughout the process of working with Garett he found other system related issues with our heating system. He was able to explain in layman's terms what he thought the problems were, and systematically worked his way through the system until he uncovered the root cause problem. He then fixed this underlying problem at an extremely reasonable rate. if you are looking for a professional who is transparent in how they work, relentless in finding the actual root cause of a problem, and fair in pricing, then Garett and One Call HVAC is who you need to go with."

"I was is a bad way. A little voice told me to check the cellar and found my hot water heater had kicked the bucket. Water everywhere I plugged in my need on home advisor and wicked plumbing called me immediately. They were at my house within hours and replaced everything. "Our heater stopped working around 7 pm during the night, last Feb 2026. We had no heat for the whole night so it was really cold inside the house the next day. To our relief, Mark was able to come out the very next day in the morning. Mark checked and tested numerous devices on the furnace. He explained everything that he was doing while repairing the furnace. He was here for only an hour and got our heat going again. He's friendly and trustworthy. He is our Plumber and we call him for any problem. His rates are reasonable. We highly recommend him. We live in Brockton 02301."

"Best experience I could hope for. I hired them to repair our forced air heating system which has the habit of breaking down every winter. Their technician, Shawn, showed up on a Friday night and came back over the weekend to diagnose the problem and make sure we had heating and hot water over the weekend. He was able to understand and fix a problem that three other "specialists" over the years had completely missed. What's best is that he did it all quickly and without taking any special credit. Apparently (I thought) the other guys just were competent enough!"
