The only time he moved fast was with the machine, and there was never hesitation - he is clearly highly trained and experienced and has mastered the machines and how to fix them. We needed parts, and there were delays receiving them. Aleksey called me weekly with a status update (not just text or email, but an actual phone call). The part replacement was equally fast and efficient. Aleksey even took a few extra minutes to discuss with me some loose insulation pads, and what might be done. Then he just said, **Hang on, let me check my truck**. A couple washers and screws and the insulation pads were secure again. Beat the heck out of having to pull out the main blower and glue new pads on. I would hire Aleksey again in a heartbeat."
