The front & back lawns were removed, yards leveled, underground sprinkler system installed in both, & the front lawn was sodded & the back hydroseeded. I asked them to fix some drywall, replace some vent fans, fix some nail pops, install a light switch, and a couple other minor things. They helped me save some money by cleaning and oiling my fans and they also did the last minute add of fixing some minor toilet issues I was having.
