Short version: Professionalism, competency, and integrity is what you can expect from RJK. When our AC stopped working, another company came out to investigate and we were quoted an outrageous temporary repair cost and were advised to replace the whole system. We called RJK and they called back almost immediately. Upon arriving, they advised that a whole system replacement would be unnecessary for starters. But before even doing that, they wanted to have their techs double check that the system was truly in need of any replacement. Turns out the fix was straightforward and within 30 minutes the system was repaired at a fraction of the cost of the original contractor's quoted repair cost and definitely cheaper than a whole new system.

I hired RJK Mechanical to clean my Air Ducts and Dryer Hose. Chad and Jamey did a great job! They were very patient and informative while I asked them many questions on how the Duct system works and how to avoid re-contamination of pet related allergens in my home while other companies clean my home for a move-in. I would also like to thank Will for be very responsive, informative and helpful. This is the most customer friendly company that I have ever dealt with. Thank you for having the best staff. I would highly recommend this company.

Responsive service to replace a Furnace AC unit after mine died when temperatures were dipping into the teens. They took the time to make sure they got the right unit for the job; my old furnace was oversized. I had heat after 1 day, then they followed up the next day for a final walk through to assure everything was correct and complete. Fair pricing. Great value.

Friendly and polite

Kevin returned my call promptly. He gathered as much information as he could over the phone to try and see exactly what was needed. He scheduled the appointment that was convenient to my schedule. He showed up early which was greatly appreciated! He serviced the a/c and explained everything that he did. Kevin is honest and trustworthy. I will definitely use him in the future!
