"When Tod (Boyd Services) came out to give us an estimate about the possibility of replacing our A/C ducts and balancing our system, he listened to our concerns and looked over everything thoroughly. Afterwards, he sat down and explained to us that he recommended a good duct cleaning and to make repairs to those ducts that needed it versus replacing them... a real cost saver. He gave us many options to choose from and explained each in great detail including the price. After reviewing his proposal versus his competitors, we chose his. We liked what he had to say and he came across as very honest. On the date of the scheduled cleaning he showed up on time as promised and got right to work. He stayed very busy all day long all the while doing all he could to keep our house clean. He was very polite and respectful and did everything he said he was going to for the prices he quoted. At the end of the day he said he would call us back the next week to schedule the duct repair. As promised, he did just that, setting up the appointment two days later. Again, he showed up on time and made the repairs as quoted. Im very happy to say our system is running much better (and cleaner) because of his work. You can bet the next time we need HVAC work we will call Tod as we strongly recommend his services."

"Luis came out a few days ago to service the AC system and install a new water safety switch on the pan under the unit in the attic. A few days later, we had plumbers come and install a new water heater located next to the AC unit in the attic. The plumbers accidentally knocked the water safety switch off of the pan, shutting down the AC. I discovered that the AC wasn't working late in the afternoon. I called Luis and he came by after hours to diagnose and repair the problem. He did not charge me for an after hours call, and didn't even want to accept payment for a normal service call since he had been there a few days earlier and wanted to stand behind his work. He's a stand-up guy. Highly recommended."
