"Best experience I could hope for. I hired them to repair our forced air heating system which has the habit of breaking down every winter. Their technician, Shawn, showed up on a Friday night and came back over the weekend to diagnose the problem and make sure we had heating and hot water over the weekend. He was able to understand and fix a problem that three other "specialists" over the years had completely missed. What's best is that he did it all quickly and without taking any special credit.
