"We recently finished a major home addition with LKS Construction, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Communication throughout the project was great. Anytime there were delays due to weather, materials, or inspections, Luiz explained what was going on and kept us in the loop. The quality of the work is excellent — they really know what they’re doing, and it shows in the finished product. The project did take alot longer than originally estimated, but it started in the winter and there were a few unavoidable delays along the way. Even so, the company handled challenges extremely well. They were especially impressive when problem-solving issues with subcontractors and working through some unexpected engineering challenges. Pricing was very fair compared to other contractors we spoke with, and we felt the costs were honest and reasonable for the quality of work delivered. We would absolutely recommend LKS Construction to others, and we plan to use them again."

The two men who did the job were very knowledgeable, professional and followed Covid guidelines while at my home. "We hired Altitude Builders to replace an existing deck that was old and rotting. After vetting out several contractors to decide between composite or pressure treated wood, we found Eli to be professional, straightforward and reasonable when it came to our ideas on what we wanted in a deck. His timeline and pricing was the best. He presented us with all requested documentation (contractor license, insurance, and contract) and started on the day he stated. Project went slightly longer because we needed additional footings and extension beyond the original scope of work. At the end of each day, the site was clean and nothing was left out of place. My deck is solid, sturdy and beautiful! His workmanship and professionalism were wonderful. We will be using Altitude builders again for additional work in the near future. Highly Recommended!"
