"I had the pleasure of working with Van Ness Heating and Cooling after my AC compressor supposedly went out. I had requested estimates on a new unit so had lined up 6 contractors to bid - including the company that originally told me my compressor was out. Michael from Van Ness offered to take a look at my unit to provide a second opinion.
