"Justin was great. After being told by several handymen and electricians that they were booked straight through December, I was able to get an appointment with Justin to come before Thanksgiving. I had a beautiful chandelier that I purchased from Overstock.com and we were very excited to see it up, ...but unfortunately I was missing one piece that the manufacture didn't include ( the bridge ) to hang it property. Justin ran out to purchase the part ( this was after 8pm ) and then went out AGAIN to purchase a tray needed to fill an ugly gap that was in the ceiling due the base from the original light fixture being wider. He made two trip to Home Depot ( the only store open at that hour on a Sunday ) just to finish the job for us. He did a beautiful job handing it and it looks great! They offered to come and fix the problem he next morning (day before Thanksgiving) but I declined because I was going away. Anyway I scheduled a 10 am appointment for Friday November 28, 2008 and they were very prompt. The techinitian expalined the issue and my heat was up and running within the hour.
