"I called CWA to inspect our furnace before winter. Mike our technician was very knowledgeable and during his inspection found a bad igniter. I scheduled a replacement in two weeks as we went on vacation. This past Friday (11/5/21), Evan arrived with the part and replaced it in an efficient manner. Both times the technicians were on time and wore booties into our home. We will definitely use CWA again for our HVAC needs."

"Zac was amazing!! He had the time in his schedule, and was able to arrive about 3 hours yesterday afternoon after first talking with him. The furnace was not working, and the outside temperature was about to dip into the teens this morning, so I was in crisis mode! Thankfully, what needed fixed could be safely bypassed (the igniter), and Zac was able to turn the furnace on for one cycle. With the temperature temporarily set to 80, it was still 61 in the house (furnace turned off sometime very early this morning). Zac arrived early this morning with part in hand. Furnace is now fixed, right before a snow storm is about to arrive tomorrow. Whew! I also consider the price that he charged for the repair to be very reasonable, considering it was an emergency repair. Thank you, Zac and Mr. Mechanical Ohio!!"

Before even coming to our home upon our request, Cham did his due diligence and walked me through over the phone a few steps to help him determine exactly what the problem was that we were having. By doing this, he saved me a $50 service call just to tell me I was going to need a part and that he would be unable to obtain until Monday morning (we sent the home advisor request late on a Friday evening). Knowing the weather had turned and we were having to manage with a cold home over the weekend, he came first thing Monday at 7:30am to replace our inducer draft motor on our furnace. Although the the part itself was pricey (as most parts are when dealing with HVAC are), he only charged us the $50 service call for the install.
