They said they would need to order a new one and the repair would be done in 2-3 weeks. After four weeks, with no heat in the dead of a FL winter, we called and learned that the motherboard was now on back-order until April. So, we called Mason for a second opinion. They diagnosed the problem as a sensor in the wall unit, and not the motherboard in the exterior unit. They had the repair done in less than 24 hours. We canceled out service contract with the other company and will use Mason Air Conditioning and Heating in the future. They did the repair correctly, promptly, courteously, and at a reasonable price. They were excellent in all respects."
