"I called Horace yesterday, a hot Sunday, after my central A/C became noisy and stopped running. He returned my called within 2 hours and set up an appointment for the following day. That, in itself, was a big calming help. He came today, listening to my details, diagnosed and changed 2 components and had the unit back up and running properly within 15 minutes. Horace is a gentleman who knows his craft well and we will certainly call him for HVAC issues from now on"

"Whenever I call for service or premaintenance you get a friendly staff member who will answer all your needs and questions. Very knowledgeable about my heating question. The technicians show up on time, they solve the problem and replace and repair it fast and clean up afterward. Very satisfied with the quality and feel that we paid a very fair price. The job was done and completed in one day. Thank you, Hermes Royal! This was my first experience with Hermes Royal. I had 5 windows replaced. The Hermes Royal team of employees is awesome. Any questions were clearly answered. Clearly, a joy to work with, and will have them do more windows. Installers Eri and Lorenc did an excellent job! Very professional and their detail to the work performed was the best I have ever seen! I had them replace a 2-year-old Wellington window that would not close and the main glass failed. When they removed it that window was leaking water and black ants had moved in! Guessing there is a reason Wellington is out of business now! Yes it was a cheaper **show special** The infinity windows are a value. Perceived quality, great warranty. You get what you pay for. Thank you Hermes Royal!"

"Wilson Plumbing and Heating was absolutely amazing! As soon has I "clicked" on them, I received a phone call within 15 minutes. They were at my house within the next hour to evaluate the problem and provide an estimate. They performed the repairs and enhancements right then and there. The problem was fixed and heating worked perfectly at that point. They were very courteous and neat workers. I would not hesitate using them again, and would definitely recommend them.
