Excellent service from Hermes Royal Inc. Professional, reliable, and very knowledgeable. The outdoor HVAC units were installed cleanly and with great attention to detail. Everything looks high quality and works perfectly. They arrived on time, explained the work clearly, and showed real pride in what they do. Hard to find contractors this dependable anymore. Highly recommend them for HVAC work.

Had an heating checkup done. The tech came out and was very professional and on time. He answered all my questions and was very pleasant to interact with. Seemed very knowledgeable and made some recommendations that were a great help. I will definitely use them in the future and I highly recommend the company.

They were courteous, professional and always on time. Installed new AC system . Seems to work great but only in 1 day. However, I feel secure that they would stand behind their work even if there were an issue.
