"Service was great. I was working and my sister-in-law was at my house waiting to let Dick's Heating and Air guy come in. The gentleman who was supposed to come to my house was running late, but he called ahead to let me know. Then when he got to my house, he diagnosed my furnace and called with me options and prices so I could make a informed decision. "I am a cynic, and Aleksey blew me away. Have you heard of **tool discipline**? This is having a tool bag, every tool has its place, where it can be instantly located, and returned to its spot. Putting the tool back after every use takes seconds, which is why most people do not do it. But, doing it shows discipline and attention to detail. No time or energy is ever wasted scrounging for a missing tool. Carpenters, furnace repair, computer people, anyone. Aleksey could teach a master class on tool discipline. I tell that because it says a lot about my positive experience. He showed up on time for both appointments, quickly and efficiently accessed everything, pausing only when he needed to explain something, either because I asked, or because it was important that I know. I can be a pain pressing with questions (because I want to spend my money and time efficiently) and Aleksey was patient and thorough. The only time he moved fast was with the machine, and there was never hesitation - he is clearly highly trained and experienced and has mastered the machines and how to fix them. We needed parts, and there were delays receiving them. Aleksey called me weekly with a status update (not just text or email, but an actual phone call). The part replacement was equally fast and efficient. Aleksey even took a few extra minutes to discuss with me some loose insulation pads, and what might be done. Then he just said, **Hang on, let me check my truck**. A couple washers and screws and the insulation pads were secure again. Beat the heck out of having to pull out the main blower and glue new pads on. I would hire Aleksey again in a heartbeat."

"The electrician that came to evaluate and determine what was needed for the project was exceptional. Connor provide me with an estimate for an upgrade and installation from my old fluorescent fixtures to more efficient LED lighting. He also checked on the safety of my electrical system. He found an outlet near my washing machine that should have been a GFCI outlet, and a few breakers in my panel that should have been bridged together. Outside of his knowledge and, as I discovered, his skills, what I liked about Scott was that he didnâ t try to up sell me any additional items, he asked what else I might need, like any plumbing service he could provide.
