"Shawn was very attentive. He took pictures of our chimney to show us how bad or good it was. This is a new home for us & we had no idea it the fireplace had ever been cleaned. When he was done there had to have been at least 3 inches of soot. We could of easily had a fire in this fireplace. So we had a deep cleaning & we set up for yearly maintained. I am very pleased. There customer service was great also. I had to delay a few days and they gave me all the numbers i needed if i needed to delay again."
