Note: they do encourage you to become a "service member" at a rate of $10/month, in order to remove the dispatch fee ($79) and get some extra free maintenance checks each year. That service membership also gets you about a 10% deduction on parts and labor... so keep that in mind if you're thinking about a high-ticket job."
