I requested a plumber to come and tell me where the leak was coming from in my condo. But instead the plumber named Josh, referred me to quality restoration. I found myself locked in a never ending signing a contract upon contract for a leak a leaky faucet. How can a plumber not determine a leak not request a service fee but in trapped me in two 1000 1000 $1000 worth of services. And now my home is totally uninhabitable. They ripped up carpet tile up flooring pull down cabinet and then walked away telling me that I have to pay to replace the damages that they caused. By the way, the plumber did not request the $75 service fee.

The plumber did not arrive at the time he said he would. he was not friendly and he seemed to be more interested in finishing up than doing a quality job.
