He was also accommodating by completing the install on two new furnaces on my day off. I look forward to having ac units installed on the furnaces in the spring. "Kason is truly the best. Not only does he answer every time we call for any issue, but he or Connor, show up the same day which is huge when you run a small business! We needed a walk in freezer repair at our catering business- Kason was there on Wednesday to investigate, called me the same day with an estimate and we had the install on Friday. He is meticulous, precise and very knowledgeable. Kason has checked in the last few days to make sure things are still running smoothly and the freezer is doing its job- where can you find better customer service? I know we are a CRS Mechanical customer for life now."

"The people at ProActive Comfort were amazing from start to finish. They were responsive, thorough and professional and really saved us not just money, but our basement from what could have been a disaster by responding to us so quickly. Emily, who is their initial contact, responds quickly and is infinitely helpful . She responded to us almost immediately when we lost out hot water heater 10 days ago. They understand our need for a hot water heater and the price was very reasonable. They do all HVAC work and we will definitely hire them when it comes time to replace our gas boiler. I asked them for a quote on a direct/vent system and they sent it over in less than 24 hours . Anyone needing the services they provide would be wise to hire them ."

"Totally excellent service. My furnace was not working so I had no hot water. I called after 7 pm and Mike was there first thing in the morning to check it out. He located the problem and took immediate action to resolve it. Called suppliers, located the part for a 57 year old furnace. The following day Jason and Chase came and made the repair. Cost effective price with professional workmanship. Reliable and trustworthy."

"I couldnâ t have asked for a better experience. Losing your central air conditioning during a 10-day heat wave is miserable. As miserable as my problem was, within 72 hours of making contact with Next Gen, I had a brand new air conditioner installed.
