"I had no air conditioning during a heat wave. Pete arrived shortly after I called and gave me an estimate. Rick (the owner) came and finalized the arrangements to replace my 37-year-old furnace/air conditioner and hot water heater. Lou and another Rick did a fabulous job. They worked constantly for 7 hours, not even stopping for lunch. They were very professional and considerate of the carpeting, etc. They explained to a total novice the process of registration and warranty. Being a first-time homeowner and a woman, I knew nothing but I've been told it was a very good price for really great service. They are the first ones I'll call if (God forbid) necessary. Thank you so much!"

"Recently, my touch enabled kitchen faucet stopped working and when i put in a request in angi, i immediately got a call from Rich's heating and they offered to come in and provide a estimate at no cost, which is great, because few other companies i had called asked me to pay close to $150 just to visit and diagnose the issue. I scheduled with them to come in, however, i then got help from Delta faucet customer support and managed to get a replacement part ordered since the faucet was still in warranty, and managing with manual override. Once they send the new solenoid assembly am hoping its an easy fix that i can put in or may have to get a plumber. The reason i wanted to leave a positive reveiw is that i called last minute to cancel the appointment and Rich's heating handled it pleasantly and did not complain about the last minute cancellation i requested. Great professionalism and so i just want to give a shout out to the way you are operating your business."

"I urge everyone to take a look at their HVAC/furnace/boiler/ etc. and if you are staring at it, the way I was, screaming WHAT THE HECK, call Kyle. If you are Youtube how to splice wires to install that smart thermostat, stop it, call Kyle. Seriously, just call Kyle. You hear the horror stories, I called for what I thought was $X and the HVAC tech came and now I have a $200X invoice. That is not the case with Kyle. I have been there, do-it-yourself projects exist, but your heating and cooling is not one of them. Do not believe me, call around; then call Kyle, then call Kyle back because you realize he is available, upfront, and transparent. That is what I did. Kyle helped me demystify my heating and cooling system. Now I stare at my HVAC system, knowing what is what, and how I can quickly troubleshoot it and maintain it. What surprised me the most, this is not what Kyle was required to do. He came to help us with something unrelated. Nevertheless, he stayed late, and answered all the questions my wife and I had; we had a lot. It felt like we had a friend over the entire time. Sure enough, that's how it felt when he left. In conclusion, thank you Kyle for being genuinely you; kind, courteous, and professional. Whether you need a repair or want to prevent one down the road, get with Kyle and learn the ins and outs of how to optimize your home's heating and cooling. Schools in session. Thanks again! P.S. "I would hire them again for any other heating issue that I may have in the future. The technician was very professional , knowledgable and prompt. I had an initial consultation; they diagnosed the problem, explained the next step, and gave me an estimate. They even used some spare parts I had remaining from a previous boiler repair, this kept my cost down. They were very affordable and within fair market value. They did additional courtesy service on the boiler; which was outside of the job I paid for. My furnace was repaired quickly and is running very well. Thank you Dimatic Control!"

"Honest, responsible and such quick service. I have already forwarded his information to neighbors and friends. I was told I needed a new AC unit by another vendor who also tried to sell me a water heater and water softener at the same time. Then Sam came from Overall and repaired the panel On our furnace that controls the AC and for a fraction of the cost and time, my AC was up and running. I can t tell you how pleased we were... Amazing he restored my faith in repairmen."

"Short version: Professionalism, competency, and integrity is what you can expect from RJK. When our AC stopped working, another company came out to investigate and we were quoted an outrageous temporary repair cost and were advised to replace the whole system. We called RJK and they called back almost immediately. Upon arriving, they advised that a whole system replacement would be unnecessary for starters. But before even doing that, they wanted to have their techs double check that the system was truly in need of any replacement. Turns out the fix was straightforward and within 30 minutes the system was repaired at a fraction of the cost of the original contractor's quoted repair cost and definitely cheaper than a whole new system."
