"Kevin from LeafFilter came out to inspect my gutters. He was very knowledgeable, and informed me about the system I had, and that they were unable to service it if I wanted to keep my warranty. He also helped me solve a solution for a small job but big problem I had with one downspout. He also said that job was too small for most gutter companies, and recommended that I find a handyman to help me out. It was a breath of fresh air to have an honest, knowledgeable rep come help me out. I will consider LeafFilter in the future if I need gutter replacement base on this customer service experience."

"The day I called Oscar it was raining and he was taking the day off. I guess he heard the panic in my voice when I told him the gutter on the side of my house was clogged and rain was pouring down the wall. He came over rather quickly and he was such a perfect gentleman. Within minutes he cleared the gutters and all was well again. He put all the leaves in a plastic bag while on the roof and even helped me move 2 heavy garbage cans to the front of the house. Thank you for referring him to me."

"I consulted home advisor on a Saturday evening. No business is open at that time; however, Hamza left me a phone message later that evening and we met on Sunday morning to discuss my job. Within the context of roofing my job was a small one. Hamza took time to discuss my options and did not try to sell me any add-ons to build the sale. His prompt reply and no pressure persona made me like him immediately and I hired him. He scheduled my job for two days later. His workers were courteous and arrived on time.
