"I hired zavza seal to finish my basement and I am pleased with their work. I have dealt with many contractors over the years, unfortunately these experiences are often full of frustration and stress. Not the case with Zavza seal, they are completely professional and put the customer first. Anderson and his crew were courteous, hard working, and efficient. They came when they said they would and cleaned up everyday. Jake was the project manager for this job, he is an honorable man and very easy to work with. He was onsite every day from the estimate to the finishing touches. There was constant communication, I knew what the plan was each day and he was always very responsive to any questions. I've had other pm's disappear to other jobs, or push me toward doing things in a way that was easiest for them. Jake was very collaborative, and his focus was completing the project to our satisfaction. Midway through the work I asked for a couple of changes that were not in the original estimate (storage room and laundry shelving). Zavza added them in at no extra cost. My house is old and presented challenges with regard to the floor and ceiling joists. The crew took the time to do things the right way without shortcuts. Jake came out and worked a full Saturday and Sunday to ensure that the ceiling was right and the project was finished on time. Not many companies take pride in their work like this these days. It was refreshing to see. My basement is now the nicest room in the house. Zavza Seal went above and beyond and I wholeheartedly recommend them."

"Working with Chortani Services has been incredibly easy. The owner is responsive, tech-savvy, accommodating, and polite. He has decades of experience as an electrical engineer and that has translated into a great deal of expertise in home heating engineering. To top it off, he does not send other engineers to do the job. You are dealing with the expert directly. We needed Chortani specifically, to repair the heating system in our three floor home. The heat -for inexplicable reasons- was completely out on the first floor. We had only recently moved into the home, so were very unfamiliar with our systems. Within minutes of inspecting, Chortani was able to identify the issue and recognize the systems/connections in our heating/AC/vent structure. "We wanted to fill the space between the roof and ceiling in our 2 family. JC was the most expensive of the 3 I called, but of those 3, we felt the most confident about their services, and they did work with us on the price a little. They put vents in the roof to avoid moisture buildup, and the other 2 didn't offer any moisture protection at all. I don't think they even knew what we were talking about. The workers were in and out in let's than 3 hours, and were very professional. Ultimately, for the peace of mind that we have now, and for the quality of the work, and the offer of a warranty on the work, we believe it was money well spent. We even notice a difference one day later. The heat hasn't gone on all day on a 34 degree day! we set the heat at 69 upstairs, and in our living space, it is a comfortable 71! We used to have to heat the upstairs an extra 5 degrees, making our living space 75, which is totally unnecessary and a waste of money and energy."

"I found Score Construction on Home Advisor's website. I was looking for a contractor and needless to say I read reviews for many of the construction firms. Every review I read was terrific for Score Construction and because of that I called, met Janusz Z who is the Owner and was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. I started with 2 bathrooms that were necessary to do because of water damage. I was thrilled with the work done, the care of how it was done by the workers that were both professional and respectful. A year later a major renovation for my apartment was considered and I called Score Construction. Not only did the renovation to my apartment turn out fabulous and I'm happy every day that I wake up and see how beautiful it is, but they also did major work to the outside of our building - replacing the cornice, roof repair, pointing of bricks, structurally reinforcing all 16 windows which was no easy task for a 100 year old building, but they got it done.
