I met with Jordan Lucks and told him about the the other estimates I got and all he did was consult and tell me how other companies were trying to take advantage of my lack of knowledge. Jordan walked me around the property (my first home I know nothing) and told me what he would change and what he would leave to be the most cost efficient.
