"A wonderful experience all around! We had 15 windows and a sliding glass door replaced. Our Salesperson, Harlan, was very professional and explained the benefits of the new windows and all about Power as a company. The installers arrived on time and completed the entire job in a day! Everything was installed perfectly and the crew was courteous and cleaned up after themselves. Erin came to visit the next day to make sure everything was up to their standards and addressed any questions we had. Most certainly the best experience we've ever had with a home contractor. Highly Recommend!"

"Highly Recommend! Fast, Affordable Screen Replacement I recently needed my multiple old window screens replaced in brooklyn and I am so glad I found this company. They were fantastic! The price for the new screens was very reasonable â definitely the best quote I got after calling around. Even better, the turnaround time was incredibly fast. "Needed new shower head installed and leaking/not working shower and bathtub facets repaired in an 88 year old bathroom. The first plumber who came said had to bust up tile, cut wall, replace all new piping and facets, repair wall, install new tile and on and on. "Going to be very expensive." My response: "not happening." Called Mike Wallace. He was upfront from the start giving me pricing (over the phone) for visit and first 3 hours of labor if I agreed with his plan. Turns out all I needed was new valve seats and stem and new shower head. I sent him pic of shower head I wanted; and he brought it with him. Job done same day in a few hours! He said "if it ain't broke, don't fix it." Now that's my kind of plumber! Give Mike a try, don't think you'll regret it."

"Anderson is a miracle worker, installing a shower in our basement bathroom when other contractors said it couldn’t be done or would be outrageously expensive. Anderson did the work in a short time, cleaned up all the debris and left it spotless. His cost was very reasonable and he used his contractor’s discounts for the materials. He communicates very well so I knew when he was coming and going. I was consulted at every step. I highly recommend Home Innovation!!!"

"We were extremely happy with the work performed by H&M. Moises, Hector and crew were courteous and did whatever needed to please us. They did most of the renovation in our condo......painting, installation of bathroom cabinets, sink, installed tile floor, etc. They also installed vinyl flooring in our kitchen, living and dining rooms. They had a plumber replace our heating baseboard, I would highly recommend H&M if you want excellent work done!!"

"This was my first experience with Hermes Royal. I had 5 windows replaced. The Hermes Royal team of employees are awesome. Any questions were clearly answered. Clearly a joy to work with and will have them do more windows. Installers Eri and Lorenc did a excellent job! Very professional and their detail to the work preformed was the best I have ever seen! I had them replace a 2 year old Wellington window that would not close and main glass failed. When they removed it that window was leaking water and black ants had moved in! Guessing there's a reason Wellington is out of business now! Yes it was a cheaper show special. The infinity windows are a value. Perceived quality great warranty. You get what you pay for. Thank you Hermes Royal."
