They removed 2 layers of shingles, replaced rotted wood decking, added new step flashing, flashed around the chimneys, installed new 30 yr.dimensional shingles, added ridge vents, chimney caps and gutter caps. "I reached out to Juan after seeing recommendations from others on social media. I had wind damage to my roof and siding. Getting insurance approval from State Farm was far from easy. Juan went out of his way contradicting State Farmâ s stance with proof including pictures on multiple occasions as well as debating pricing conflicts at least 4 different times before the full project was approved. He met with me to discuss options and provided samples to lay next to each other since we were doing both the roof and the siding. The work was completed in a timely manner and to perfection. They also replaced the gutters as well. I couldnâ t be happier with the work done or my experience. I highly recommend Juan and his company!!"

"Because the roofer that had PREVIOUSLY replaced the roof had not installed a drip edge, water got in behind the Hardie soffit over the garage and eventually rotted a hole in the soffit. It was difficult to find a roofing company who works with Hardie products and was willing to take a "small job". One roofing company suggested trying Home Advisor, and that is how we found Peak Roofing. The original plan was to replace the one rotted Hardie soffit panel, and install a drip edge or apron. When the old soffit was taken down, it became apparent that the fascia board had rot, and that the rot had gone to the boards behind the fascia as well. They replaced the 2x4's behind the fascia, replaced the fascia with PVC fascia, built a box from PVC boards to hold the new (now 2 panels) of Hardie soffit, and installed a drip apron. It was a job with a lot of scope creep and some creative carpentry, but they stayed well into the evening until it was done, and cleaned up the site very well. The finished project looks great, and the whole team was wonderful. We feel that we have found a company that truly has integrity, as well as doing great work, and highly recommend Peak. Thank you John, Oliver, and Travis - you guys were fantastic!"

As an architect, I work with a lot of different trades and this was one of the most positive experiences I have had. They promptly replied to my inquiry, came out immediately to assess and quote the new roof, and were able to fit me in very quickly into their schedule which was important. For the installation, the onsite supervisor stayed in regular contact, calling with any questions and sending picture updates of the progress.
